DX maby its a good idea to make a very long password with lots of numbers and wierd letters in it and then write it down on paper.

U should contact outspark ask them what u did wrong they must have a good reason to ban because they work with a protocol before banning people they first investegate the whole account and all what u said ingame.

just ask them what u did wrong and they must tell because the company could get in trouble just banning people without any evidence or reason!
